The real name of Sahir Ludhianvi is Abdul Hayee. He was great Indian poet and film lyricist. He was awarded “Filmfare Award” two time for great lyricist of movies , aj Mahal (1963) & Kabhie Kabhie (1976). He was also awarded “Padma Shri” in 1971 & “commemorative stamp” in 2013. The book “Kulliyat e Sahir” is collection of his great poetry.
